Practise Areas
01.
Administrative Law
I have represented injured workers regarding WorkSafe BC for many years and
I continue to do this.
I often address related matters involving employment, human rights, CPP and EI.
I've dealt with a lot of federal and provincial tribunals over the years. I remain current in some areas and do infrequent work. This has recently involved the BCHRT and the BCLRB.
Very experienced with bureaucratic processes, structure, the people who work there, and how to navigate.

Documents Preparation and Representation for Wills, Probate, Contracts and Immigration
I draft Wills, POAs and representation agreements and provide related advice and services to help out, address processes and bureaucracy and to bring order when needed.
I will assist with selected family related immigration matters. I was very much involved in this area of law in the past, mostly dealing with refugee and country condition futures.

General advocacy, Appeal and Litigation
I've been involved with litigation and mediation situations involving documents, submissions and in court representation, including trial.
It is a smaller part of my practise but I am happy to take on worthy matters.
Like all complex disputes, these matters require clarity with respect to evidence, procedure and the law.
